The Congregation of Holy Cross echoes the Pope’s words in inviting young men who love the Lord and His Church and desire to serve His people to discern a vocation with us. The Church and the world need good, holy men who, founded in faith, are willing to answer the Lord’s call to be signs of hope as religious Priests and Brothers.
Vocation Promotion Seminar and Exhibition: Vocation promotion is one of the first priorities of the Congregation of Holy Cross Priests. To achieve this goal, Fr. Ashis A. Rozario, CSC, has been assigned as the vocation Promoter for the Province since 2022. He conducted programs for young boys and girls from January to March 2023 at different Schools, Boy Hostels, and Parishes. In these programs, different kinds of resources such as; leaflets, Handbooks, and Books written by Holy Cross Priests are distributed among them in order to realize God’s call.
As part of the vocation promotion, the Vocation Promoter participated in the National Youth Day 2023 at Khulna in February 2023. The aim was to inform about the Congregation of Holy Cross (Priests, Brothers, and Sisters) so that they may realize God’s call among themselves and may serve the Bangladesh Church through religious life, especially through Holy Cross. We, the Holy Cross Priests, Bangladesh, would like to express our thanks and gratitude to Almighty God for his abundant blessing regarding vocation recruitment. Finally, we would like to thank all the parish priests and their assistants, religious Brothers and Sisters, Seminarians, and lay people, who are helping us in this ministry till now. May God bless us all and our ministries.
