Holy Cross Novitiate is located in Sagrdi, Barisal. Here the seminarians, after their initial formation, become novices and spend one year in silence, prayer, meditation, instruction on the Religious life, Community life, etc. and thus at the end this preparation make their first religious profession. It is a special year set aside for this purpose.
