The inauguration of Patrick Peyton Center, Bhadun was taken place on March 4, 2022, at Dhorpara, Bhadun with the presence of Fr. Willy Raymond, CSC, the President of Holy Cross Family Ministries, Fr. Pinto Paul, CSC, the International Director, Fr. George Kamal Rozario, CSC, the Provincial of Sacred Heart of Jesus Province, Bangladesh. , Besides them, a good number of Holy Cross Priests, Brothers, and Sisters, Coordinators and representatives from different dioceses, Sisters from other respective Congregations, Social leaders, Holy Cross Seminarians, a good number of laypeople, Engineers, and construction workers participated in the program.
The inauguration program started at 9:30 a.m. At the beginning of the program, the guests were welcomed by bouquets and traditional prayerful dance. Fr. James C. Cruze, the former Provincial of SHJP delivered his speech and presented the background, the aim, and the purpose of the Center. Other guests also expressed their feelings about it. The engineers also shared about the construction work and its progress since its beginning. The honorable guests Fr. Willy and Fr. Pinto thanked all who were involved with such beautiful work including the Family Ministries team. Later the Engineers Md. Al-Meher and Mr. Shankar Rozario handed over the drawing and design, and the Keys of the Centre to Fr. George Kamal Rozario, CSC, the Provincial, and Fr. Ruben M. Gomes, CSC, the Director of the Family Ministries Bangladesh. Later Fr. Willy Raymond, Fr. Pinto Paul, and Fr. George K. Rozario cut the ribbon and inaugurated the newly built center. The Sacred Heart of Jesus Province is overwhelmed with such a beautiful Centre for the service of the Bangladesh Church, friends, and families. We are also grateful to Fr. Willy Raymond by and Fr. Pinto Paul and the donors for their generous financial help for such a beautiful Centre. We are beautified by their presence. We are also grateful to Bro. Subal Lawrence Rozario, CSC, St Joseph Province, Bangladesh, Sr. Violet Rodrigues, CSC, Area Coordinator of Asia of the Holy Cross Sisters, other priests, Brothers, and Sisters. Finally, Fr.
